Seal Beach
Seal Beach, California - If you're looking for a family friendly beach to visit, vacation, to shop, enjoy a beach, dine, watch a
classic movie, fish on the pier, kitesurf and just hang out, by all means go to Seal Beach. Of the Orange County beaches, it
offers the one of the best blends of shopping and beach-ing that you'll find.  Being one of the more affordable beach
communities if you're looking for a deal Seal Beach might just be the place!


Huntington Beach
Huntington's bedroom community has always been a destination, but has transformed into a modern destination now with
more things for tourists to see and do, and more places to stay at the beach. From  grunion runs to fireworks displays, to
camping and hotels.  Officially named "Surf City" there are many family oriented tracts that have beautiful homes and great
community for couples and families.  Main street is a great place to eat, shop, and people watch.


Newport Beach
Considered one of the elite Orange County areas you may just find your dream home here.  With stunning views and weather
that's unbeatable, you may think you've died and gone to heaven.  Beach front estates as well as neighborhood bungalows
line the groomed streets where dog walking, bike riding, and roller blading is a common thing.  Great schools in the area as
well as some of the best shopping you'll find at Fashion Island.



Costa Mesa
A mixture of million dollar estates and original beach bungalows, this area is still home to some affordable buys.  Located next
to Newport Beach and home to the world famous shopping center South Coast Plaza as well the famous Orange County Fair
Grounds everything you could ever want is at your fingertips.  



Balboa Island
A beautiful community of ocean front homes packed in to a tiny island you'll feel the comfort of this small and cozy area.  With
a village that brings back the beach living of old, you'll have no problem finding a dream home or beach cabin within this .2
square miles of living space.  Population 3000.


Laguna Beach
Known for it's Artist community roots you can still find a lot that here along with a history of artistic vibe.  Stunning cliffside
homes and home to some of the states best restaurants and hotels, this is a mecca of ideas, utopian living, artistry, eating,
and loving life.  If you want upscale artist living along side some of the most serene ocean scapes you'll ever find, Laguna
Beach is yours for the taking.



Irvine
Because of its good schools, jobs and housing, the city was chosen in 2008 by CNNMoney.com as the fourth best place to
live in the United States. Irvine is an incorporated city in Orange County, California, United States. It is a planned city, mainly
developed by the Irvine Company since the 1960s. With a population of about 220,000 this city is a one of a kind place.  



Corona Del Mar
Is actually park of Newport Beach.  Corona del Mar is known for its fine beaches, tidepools, cliffside views and quaint village
shops. Beaches in the area include Corona del Mar State Beach as well as Crystal Cove State Park south of Corona del Mar,
accessible by paths winding down a steep hillside.  



Sunset Beach
The Sunset Beach city limit signs indicate a population of 1,288 in 2007. Sunset Beach does not have residential mail
delivery. Instead, residents pick up their mail at post office boxes in the centrally-located post office.  One of the old original
beach villages left, however, they have been ordered to join Huntington Beach.  If you want the small town feel by the beach
Sunset Beach is the real thing.


Surfside
Surfside (or Surfside Colony) is a small gated community with three rows of houses (about 255), lettered A, B, and C. Surfside
is just south of Seal Beach, California and is located on the west side of Pacific Coast Highway.  There are no commercial
(non-home-based) businesses with Surfside addresses.  It's rare to find on of these homes for sale but if you do this is the
only place in the world like it.
